Full exemption — 100% of your homestead's value

Oklahoma exempts the full fair cash value of the homestead of a veteran with a 100% permanent service-connected disability (and qualifying surviving spouses). You must own and occupy the home on January 1 of the exemption year.

Sales Tax Exemption (100% DAV)

No sales tax on up to $25,000 of purchases per year

Oklahoma residents receiving 100%-rate service-connected compensation get a sales tax exemption permit, covering up to $25,000 in qualifying purchases per year. An unremarried surviving spouse gets up to $1,000 per year.

$25 lifetime combo license for 60%+ disabled vets

Oklahoma offers disabled veterans a lifetime combination hunting/fishing license: $25 for veterans rated 60% or more (also exempt from the Wildlife Land Access stamp), or $200 for those rated less than 60%.
