Under Delaware's HB12, 100% disabled veterans are exempt from property and school taxes on their home. Apply for the Disabled Veterans School Tax credit by April 30 each year.

50% off the annual state park vehicle entrance pass

$3,000/year state pension for paraplegic wartime vets

Delaware pays a state pension of $3,000 per year (in equal monthly installments) to a paraplegic, fully disabled veteran whose disability is a direct result of wartime service.
