Dependent Tuition Waiver
Free tuition & fees for dependents of disabled/deceased vets
North Dakota waives all tuition and fees at state institutions for a dependent (child, stepchild, spouse, or widow(er)) to earn a bachelor's degree or certificate, when the veteran was killed in action, died of service-connected causes, is 100% service-connected disabled (including unemployability), was a POW, or was MIA.
