Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship
Up to 9 more months of Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits (or up to $30,000) for students pursuing a high-demand STEM degree or a teaching certification.

**What It Is**
The Edith Nourse Rogers STEM Scholarship extends your Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits when you are pursuing a high-demand science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) degree — or a teaching certification. It is designed to cover the gap when a long STEM program outlasts your standard 36 months of GI Bill.
**How Much**
• Up to 9 additional months of Post-9/11 GI Bill benefits (tuition, monthly housing allowance, and book stipend at your current rate), OR
• Up to a $30,000 lump sum if you have already used all your GI Bill entitlement
• Whichever amount is reached first ends the benefit
**Who Qualifies**
• Students in an approved STEM bachelor's program requiring 120+ semester hours who have completed at least 60 hours, OR
• Veterans/members who already earned a STEM degree and are working toward a teaching certification, OR
• Those enrolled in a covered clinical training program for health care
• You must have 6 months or less of GI Bill entitlement remaining (or have used it all)
**How to Apply**
Apply online at VA.gov using VA Form 22-10203. Approval and payments are handled by the VA; the scholarship pays at your existing benefit rate until exhausted.
