Purdue Northwest — Cybersecurity Workforce Certification Training (CWCT) Military Discount

FREE — up to 3 fully funded cybersecurity certifications (NSA grant)

The Cybersecurity Workforce Certification Training (CWCT) program — led by Purdue University Northwest with partner schools (Ivy Tech, UMKC, UT Chattanooga, UNC Charlotte, Sam Houston State, Wright State) and funded by an NSA grant — provides completely free AI-cybersecurity certification training to veterans, transitioning service members, National Guard/Reserve, first responders, government personnel, and military spouses.

Students complete 8-week non-credit, college-level online courses with live virtual lectures and can earn up to three fully funded industry certifications at no cost. The curriculum is aligned to DoD 8570/8140 cybersecurity workforce requirements, preparing graduates for cleared and civilian cyber roles.

Open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents only. Applications run on a cohort schedule with sessions throughout the year.

  • Go to pnw.edu (or contact the company directly) and find the current military or veteran offer.
  • Confirm your eligibility — Application at pnw.edu/cybersecurity/cwct (U.S. citizen/permanent resident).
  • Redeem the offer online at checkout or show your military ID in person, then confirm the discount applied before you pay.
