How to redeem
- Visit military.microsoft.com and choose your program: MSSA (full-time training) or individual certifications.
- For MSSA: apply at military.microsoft.com/mssa — requires 90 days remaining on your service contract.
- For exam vouchers: verify military status and request vouchers directly at military.microsoft.com.
- For self-paced training: go to learn.microsoft.com — free, no verification needed.
Tips
- Start with AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals) — easiest Microsoft cert and a prerequisite for most DoD cloud jobs.
- MSSA has a 91% job placement rate within 90 days of graduation.
- Microsoft partner companies like SAIC and Leidos actively recruit MSSA graduates for cleared positions.
