TRICARE Reserve Select is a premium-based health plan available to qualifying National Guard and Reserve members who are not covered by an employer-sponsored plan or active duty orders.
• Monthly premiums are subsidized by DoD
• Covers member and family
• Functions like a PPO
• When activated to active duty, automatically switches to TRICARE Prime
