Military Sexual Trauma (MST) Counseling
Free counseling for veterans who experienced sexual trauma during service. No disability rating or service length required.
Who qualifies: Veterans, Active duty, National Guard, Veterans with a service-connected disability.
MST counseling is one of the few VA benefits available regardless of:
• Discharge status (even Other Than Honorable in some cases)
• Length of service
• Whether the trauma was reported at the time
• Current disability rating
Services include individual therapy, group sessions, residential programs (for severe cases), and referrals to community care.
