Free VA mental health care: therapy, PTSD programs, substance use treatment, and crisis services. No copay.
Who qualifies: Veterans, Veterans with a service-connected disability.
All veterans enrolled in VA healthcare can access mental health services with no copay:
• Individual therapy
• Group therapy
• PTSD residential and outpatient programs
• Military Sexual Trauma (MST) counseling – free regardless of rating or discharge status
• Substance use disorder treatment
• Suicide prevention services
• Telehealth mental health appointments
