Who qualifies: Active duty, Veterans, National Guard.
MWR programs provide quality-of-life services on military installations:
• Fitness centers and gyms (often free or very low cost)
• Swimming pools
• Golf courses
• Movie theaters
• Bowling alleys
• Outdoor recreation (kayak/camping equipment rental)
• Child Development Centers (CDC) – subsidized childcare
• Youth sports programs
• Leisure travel programs and discounted tickets (Armed Forces Vacation Club, ITT)
• Libraries
Access extends to active duty families, retirees, Guard/Reserve on orders, and certain veterans.
