MilTax is a free tax preparation service provided by the Department of Defense:
• Free tax software with military-specific guidance
• In-person and virtual tax consultations with certified tax consultants
• Available for active duty, Guard/Reserve, and their families
• Veterans eligible for up to 365 days after separation
• Access via Military OneSource (militaryonesource.mil)
